Eat Move Love 2015 360 Wellness Conference

360 Wellness Event
EAT MOVE LOVE 2015 is all about a healthy lifestyle. What we do every day matters, especially when it is motivated by self-love because "change starts with me." When we have a self-care practice, we are better able to take care of others, as a parent, an adult child, or a professional caretaker and in any situation. When we are well, we can really enjoy the moments that matter, in all our relationships.

EAT MOVE LOVE 2015 starts March 14 with MarketPlace + Talks, followed by Evening Eventsseries, 360 Wellness Conference, and an Equinox Celebrations Party. (Tickets sold separately) www.EatMoveLove.sg for full details. All tickets can be purchased on Peatix.

360 Wellness Conference

This all-day conference brings together the mainstream, the traditional, and the alternative to give the audience a more holistic spectrum of healthcare options and avenues. We are not advocating any specific diets or exercises or thinking except that there is no one solution that fits all. It is about choice and choosing what is best for us, given our ever-changing internal and external factors.

A healthy lifestyle is possible for everyone. Knowledge and a strong circle of support make living well easier. We believe the choices that nourish us are far more doable, sustainable, and powerful.
